POSITION SUMMARY
Our Implementation Services team within Client Success – Administration is responsible for understanding the client relationships and desired plan outcomes that start during the sales process, building a launch pad for success into servicing, and delivering a positive onboarding experience for MEP clients and their adopting employers.
As the Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for helping our clients and their stakeholders navigate the plan transition process from sales to service. You will work with internal partners across functions of the organization to meet expected service deliverables, resolve any issues that arise during the transition, and provide an exceptional onboarding experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Client Onboarding: Successfully guide clients through the entire onboarding journey. Ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation of services. Provide concierge-level service support to assigned caseload. As needed, host virtual meetings with clients and/or the worksite 401(k) representative to discuss conversion progress and to address any outstanding items.
- Client Management: Build strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process. Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly. This includes working with leadership on escalated calls and communications from clients, payroll companies, and adopting employers.
- Cross Functional Coordination: Work closely with Internal Groups to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience. Build successful partnerships with all internal onboarding stakeholders to help drive effective cross-functional collaboration efforts.
- Client Training: Deliver education training sessions to clients on our systems, services, and ongoing support. Provide them with available resources for plan tracking and plan management as well as education on organizational or regulatory updates.
- Process Improvement: Continually review and improve the onboarding process to increase efficiency and improve client experience. Suggest and implement changes where necessary, in consultation with senior management.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports onboarding activities, issues, and client feedback to management. Identify trends and make suggestions for improvements based on these reports.
- With leadership support, participate in small-scale projects centered on department initiatives to increase efficiencies, decrease cost, and document changes in processes and procedures.
- Number of clients supported will be determined based upon Onboarding Consultant capacity.

EXPERIENCE
- 3-5 years Client Onboarding, Implementation Services, or related field experience required.
- 3+ years 401(k) industry experience required.
- 3+ years of experience in project management and/or project execution required.
- 1+ year of Salesforce experience preferred.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
CERTIFICATES & LICENSES
- Retirement industry designation preferred (e.g., from ASPPA, NIPA, etc.)

This role will have a base pay range of $55 - $80 annual salary. Please know, this is the base range only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for this role. This position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
