Role Description: Account Executive - International

Key Responsibilities
- Build, grow, and maintain relationships with external customers through new and existing business opportunities.
- Secure appointments and opportunities at all organizational levels, including executive levels, and apply appropriate selling skills.
- Serve as a consultative resource to customers regarding service offerings and market trends.
- Maintain operational efficiencies for the book of business.
- Enhance the global brand through articulating value and collaboration.
- Meet or exceed pre-established sales objectives.
- Seek constant improvement and deliver extraordinary results every time.
Qualifications
- High-energy, impactful "hunters" with a consultative sales approach and solid interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of business sales processes and the latest industry best practices.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a B2B sales position within the freight industry
- A track record of successful revenue attainment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence positively.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to recognize client needs and propose solutions.
- Strong business acumen, along with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
- Goal-oriented, driven, with a self-starter attitude.
Compensation
- Base Salary $60,000 to $70,000 + attractive commission structure. Earning potential $100,000 +
- This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.
