Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Requirements:
- Proficient in Google Suite for email, calendar, and document management
- Ability to computerize tasks efficiently
- Strong ability to transcribe information accurately
- Experience with phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Ability to file documents accurately and maintain organized records
- Knowledge of order entry processes
- Capable of project coordination tasks efficiently
