Duration: 5 months contract role
Location: Elizabethtown, PA 17022
Shift: Mon – Fri, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST (Saturday as needed during holiday season)
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Support routine customer enabling activities in the order management process, including order intake, confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
- Assist in optimizing internal processes for a seamless customer experience.
- Identify potential obstacles in order management and collaborate with other functions to take corrective actions.
- Update internal stakeholders on order status and any issues.
- Generate order-related documents following established processes.
- Resolve simple administrative or clerical process issues related to order confirmation, processing, and fulfillment.
- Confirm credit, contract, pricing, stock allocation, and transportation availability for simple customer orders.
- Follow standard procedures regarding order status, invoices, and contract balances, sharing information with customer service representatives.
- Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision, escalating more complex issues as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Duties/Skills:
- Handle calls for online orders, assist in product selection, and enter/monitor orders in NetSuite.
- Communicate with warehouse and store employees to ensure customer orders are processed as requested.
- Provide high-level customer service for retail customers and employees (60%).
- Problem-solve related to service and sales functions (20%).
- Assist with special orders, projects, and general warehouse, shipping, and packing operations (20%).
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of related work experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Minor computer work.
- Attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service experience.
