**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role requires a strong knowledge of troubleshooting software and hardware issues, along with excellent customer service skills.
**Duties:**
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Respond to IT support requests in a timely manner
- Ensure security and privacy of systems data
- Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an IT Support professional or similar role
- Proficient in software troubleshooting, IT support, computer hardware, VPN, ServiceNow, firewall configurations, Windows OS, help desk operations, desktop support, Jira, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-oriented approach
-Associate's degree in Information Technology or relevant field preferred
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
