Greets and serves guests. Demonstrates attention to detail, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Displays a positive attitude; is energetic, excited, courteous, and professional. Responsible for promoting teamwork in the workplace. Assists in set-up and proper operation of dining area. Responsible for customer service satisfaction. Keeps station and work areas well-stocked and prepared for shifts. Performs all other side duties as requested by Supervisor to provide the optimal service to guests.
Job Functions
- Greets guests in a friendly manner and provides excellent guest service.
- Maintains thorough knowledge of menu items, including specials.
- Delivers food to guests promptly and courteously.
- Maintains knowledge of the property’s amenities, including other restaurants.
- Provides guest service utilizing the Host and Service Etiquette Standards.
- Complies with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Position Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required.*
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Strong guest service skills required.
- Knowledge of point of sales systems strongly preferred.
- Ability to perform essential functions with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items up to 20 pounds. .
