As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of our product management and development processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: You will work closely with Product Development, Demand/Material Planning, Fulfillment teams, and other relevant departments to ensure the successful forecasting, purchasing, delivery, and introduction of new products. This involves coordinating efforts to bring new products to market efficiently.
- Managing Marketing Team: You will oversee and manage the current marketing team, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives. This includes setting marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and tracking performance.
- Project Management: As a project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects related to product launches, marketing campaigns, and other initiatives. This involves defining project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, as well as managing resources and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: You will collaborate with Business Analysts and Customer Service to identify trends and irregularities in sales, returns, and customer inquiries. This data will be shared with the larger team to inform decision-making processes, including sales reporting and action plans.
- Product Lifecycle Management: You will oversee the entire lifecycle of existing products, from their initial launch to a clear phase-out strategy. This includes strategies to ensure high sell-through, continuity of new product releases, and strong profit margins. You will be responsible for pricing, reorders, and disposition strategies for these products.
- Feedback Loop with Product Development: You will establish a feedback loop with the product development team, sharing data on current sales performance and providing insights that can influence future product development decisions.
- E-commerce Strategy: In collaboration with our digital team, you will develop and execute E-commerce strategies. This includes tasks such as merchandising the Shop product assortment, organizing photoshoots to showcase new products, optimizing search engine visibility, setting pricing strategies, creating marketing campaigns, and developing a social media strategy.
- Content Creation: You will work closely with Product Managers to create website content, including photography, video materials, and product copy, especially for new product launches.
- Visual Merchandising and Retail Coordination: You will advise and coordinate with retail locations on visual merchandising, product assortment, replenishment strategies, and overall planning and fulfillment processes to optimize the retail experience.
- Global Product Launches: You will coordinate global product launches in collaboration with Go To Market teams in other regions , ensuring a cohesive and synchronized approach to introducing products in different markets.
- Expansion Initiatives: You will lead efforts to expand the Shop into additional channels, which may include more retail locations, various e-commerce platforms, and potential product partnerships.
- Market Research and Strategy Development: You will conduct market research to help define launch strategies, target audiences, and pricing discussions, ensuring that product launches are well-informed and market-driven.
- Measurement and KPIs: You will define and set up measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of launch initiatives, marketing campaigns, and ongoing activities.
- Long-Term Product Positioning: You will be responsible for setting the long-term positioning, messaging, vision, and Go-To-Market strategy for products or feature enhancements, ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals.
- Business Case Development: You will use growth insights and measurement data to develop business cases for new opportunities, gaining a deep understanding of user and market trends to drive informed decision-making.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in English, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or equivalent is required.
- Possess a proven ability to lead and motivate multi-functional teams.
- Ability to work well with others, show flexibility, and exhibit good listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
- Required proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign is required.
- Proficiency with CRM systems is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and strong eye for graphics and graphic design.
- Anticipate work needs and proactively accomplish tasks with minimum direction.
- Mentor junior brand marketing team members and collaborate with the marketing strategies
- Exercise creativity, independence, and resourcefulness in completing tasks accurately in a compressed time frame.
