Job Description:
As a Recruiter with our client, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business objectives. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers and other recruiters to comprehend staffing needs, devise recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
This role is crucial for sourcing, assessing, and onboarding top talent for our technology company on a contract basis. It requires a skilled recruiter with a profound understanding of the technology industry and experience in managing the full recruitment life cycle. A candidate with a background in HR would be ideal for this role!
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, selection criteria, and recruitment strategies for open positions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for specific roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates with diverse skills and experiences in the technology sector.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the contract period, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition approval to candidate onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of success in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment software.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, balancing individual contributions with collective goals and priorities.
