(U//FOUO) The Accounts Payable (AP) Division (B211) is seeking a highly-motivated, customer-focused, energetic High School Work Study (HSWS) graduate. B211 is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate payment of all contractor payments at the Agency. In addition, we process contractor payments for the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). The Accounts Payable Business Technicians and Finance and Accounting Analysts pay in excess of 70,000 invoices each year for such varied items as supplies, equipment, services, education and training, and purchase card.
(U) The selected HSWS graduate would be responsible for duties such as:
' Review of vendor invoices;
' Timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices in accordance with the Prompt Payment Act;
' Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) report reviews;
' Payment file management.
(U//FOUO) Process acquisition, financial and budgetary transactions by preparing pre-award execution activities, manage and administer contracts, compute entitlements (e.g. pay, travel and contractor invoices), prepare vouchers to authorize payments, post certified execution documents, prepare reports, execute current year funds, move funds between cost centers, and complete actions in FACTS.

(U) This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday. B211 participates in AWS 5.
