Reports To: Human Resources Director
Job Description:
Provide General Human Resources Administrative duties related to all phases of HR activities. Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up to both HR leader and employees regarding to company policies, procedures and documentations.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Create, Update and maintain employee benefits file (incl. group health insurance, STD, 401K, worker’s comp and COBRA etc.)

Coordinate company Group Insurance Annual Open Enrollment Meeting.

Answer Employee’s inquiry regarding to benefits, company policies, procedures and programs.

Work with Insurance carriers for employee benefit claim submission and insurance billing issue etc.

Monitor employee’s leave request and FMLA, conduct leave policy training, provide leave report to managers.

Process and track employee’s Immigration and work status (H1B, PR, E2, TN1 and visitor B1 Visa etc.)

Prepare payroll change log on semi-monthly basis.

Conduct new hire orientation, background check, e-verification etc.

Conduct exit interview.

Prepare monthly HR statistic reports to meet different deadlines and requirements.

HR activities coordination at different sites/locations.

Investigate and maintain files of employee complaints.

Provide administrative support to training related functions.

Perform other duties as assigned. (i.e. Recruitment etc.)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Must have in-depth knowledge of EEOC, FLSA, and FMLA

Proven ability to function independently and multi-task

Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills

Advanced Microsoft Office skills required (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)

Must have ability to remain flexible in a dynamic work environment

Possess high energy and initiatives

Bilingual in Chinese is preferred
Education and Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree is required. Human Resources related field is preferred
-
1-3 years’ experience in administration of company health insurance is required
-
1-3 years’ experience in related to payroll-processing is required
-
Previous HR Generalist experience is a plus
