Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and staff development. The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and have a solid grasp of HR best practices. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager and is part-time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Review resumes and applications and conduct initial interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and desired qualifications.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Prepare and manage new hire paperwork and documentation.
- Provide new hires with necessary training and resources for their roles.
- Identify training needs and development opportunities for employees.
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Enhance job descriptions to align with performance review criteria, ensuring consistency in expectations and evaluations.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
