Overview of the Role
We are looking for an exceptional Business Consultant who is interested in joining a small and rapidly growing Product and Services team at our company. We view our data-driven products and services as strategic assets, and you will be a key part of our team and company. The successful candidate will be a recent college graduate with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. This role will report to our VP, Client Services and will be an instrumental member of our services delivery team.
The Business Consultant will participate in complex client initiatives and engagement teams working on projects for our Health Plan clients to improve client effectiveness and member engagement. They will support the development and implementation of the Predict Health services methodology and build strong relationships with client personnel. They will deepen their understanding of the political, policy, financial and business aspects of the Health Plan industry. The Business Consultant will work closely with the Product Management function to provide insight into customer needs and help identify requirements for new offerings.

Detailed Job Description
The Business Consultant will initially support the organization’s delivery of services supporting Medicare Dual-Special Needs Plans (D-SNP) plans implementation of Enrollee Advisory Committees (EACs). The Business Consultant is responsible for completing the analyses, creating the deliverables, and managing the processes associated with the implementation of EAC programs for health plan clients. The Business Consultant will be responsible for:
- Managing day to day interactions with client personnel
- Meet with stakeholders to review deliverables and provide updates on implementation activities
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
- Customizing the communications and presentation materials to be used in the engagement
- Assisting in the identification and recruitment of EAC members
- Conducting the EAC meetings and coordinating the documentation of the meeting activity and outcomes
- Analyzing results of EAC meeting and identifying actionable insights
- Preparing materials required for CMS regulatory reporting
- Assisting in the identification of improvement plans for the client
Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in the healthcare industry is beneficial
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish

This position will be located in our Arlington, VA office. We offer a flexible work schedule with a minimum of three days in the office. Some travel (less than 10%) may be required.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
