Overview:
This role is based in San Jose, California, and entails managing automation-based product lines for key and target accounts within the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will devise and implement sales strategies to foster new and sustainable growth in this sector while enhancing customer satisfaction.
Primary Job Duties:
- Cultivate enduring relationships across the business--from leadership to buyers and beyond.
- Negotiate pricing to finalize deals and agreements that drive revenue and profitability beneficial to all parties.
- Collaborate with internal and external team members on technical matters, capabilities, and solutions.
- Communicate forecasts, inventory, and fulfillment status to internal stakeholders.
- Manage all projects in CRM to ensure accurate information and successful outcomes.
- Provide regular insights on market trends and the competitive landscape of products.
- Offer leadership and mentorship to colleagues as required.
- Deliver appropriate solutions to customers utilizing our technology, energy-saving products, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a science-based field.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Foundry in the semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in advanced semiconductor technology, processes, and operations including test and product engineering.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets consistently.
- Willingness to navigate complex sales cycles and manage large, strategic, and intricate partnerships.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $118,522.00 - $129,378.00 per year
