Pay: $23/hr. (Bump to $25/hr. after 30 day probationary period)
Key Responsibilities:

Utilize your deep understanding of construction trades to identify and attract qualified candidates for various roles within the industry.

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and overall fit for specific job roles.

Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand detailed job requirements and the qualifications needed.

Manage the full recruitment process, from posting job ads to various platforms to finalizing hires.

Implement creative recruiting strategies to source the best candidates, including the use of social media, job boards, and industry-specific forums.

Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

Maintain detailed records of recruiting activities and candidates' progress using recruitment software.
Qualifications:

Being Technology Savvy is required for this role.

Possession of a laptop/computer capable of handling numerous programs at once.

5+ years experience in hands on construction work is required!

Proven background in the construction trades, with extensive knowledge of industry-specific roles, requirements, and challenges.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with candidates and hiring managers alike.

Experience in HR or recruiting is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

High level of professionalism and ethics, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
