Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and present business proposals to clients, showcasing our services and property portfolio
- Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties
- Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information regarding location, features, square footage, etc.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
