Job Description:
We are seeking a sharp, thorough, and service-oriented estimator to bid on small and medium size projects. Customers are home owners, investors, property managers, etc.
No experience is necessary as training is provided.
This position requires daily commute to and from the office 7am - 4pm. Company vehicle is provided during the workday only.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelors degree, 1-5 years of professional work experience, great people skills, and loves managing construction projects
Primary Responsibilities:
- Receive 3-7 daily appointments to assess small to medium-sized projects.
- Educate customers with our services
- Provide accurate & timely estimates.
- Prepare & plan projects from start to finish to meet established deadlines.
Skills:
- Bachelors Degree required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Time-management and organizational abilities.
- Quick learner with the ability to retain information.
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel within designated territory.
- Computer Proficient - Especially Microsoft EXCEL, CRM software, email, etc.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
