JOB OVERVIEW:
Looking for a Group Fitness Coach with high energy, amazing moves, and a playlist that makes you want to hit the club, to perform group instruction with possibility for additional session times.
Requested Session Times:
Monday & Wednesday @8:15am - 9:15am
Monday & Wednesday @9:30am - 10:30am
Friday @5:30pm - 6:30pm & 6:45pm - 7:45pm
Sunday @11am - 12pm
Availability for all session times not required
DUTIES:
-Develop and deliver predesigned engaging training sessions using various teaching methods for up to 30 clients at a time.
-Deliver the TBT experience to our members in each class
-Ability to modify elements of sessions to accommodate client skill levels
-Ensure the safety of participants movement, exercise science, and overall form and technique
-Provide consistent motivation and encourage clients during training sessions
-Build attendance of your class attendance, retain current clientele and achieving monthly key performance indicator (KPI) metrics.
-Attend staff meetings and other requested meetings
-Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the studio, including the training rooms
-Ensure classes begin and end on time
- Participate in studio client challenges by offering guidance on fitness journey and assist in setting goals
- Engage in TBT social media activities bi-weekly
-Promote classes via texting and on personal social media accounts
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A copy of your Personal Training or ANY other certification as it relates to your fitness experience and training program will be asked for immediately should you be a fit for the position.
-Must be flexible and willing to work weekends, including special events, when needed and as requested by your Head Coach and supervisor
--Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
-Being Bi-lingual is a bonus but NOT mandatory.
-We are looking to hire ASAP.
INTERVIEW PROCESS:
STEP 1 - Please provide your resume along with a cover letter including any experiences that relates to your area of expertise and your sincere interest in this position.
STEP 2 - Candidates will provide a five to ten minute audition video where you will showcase your strengths with confidence! Script out an excellent (and concise) introduction, including a quick snippet about yourself and the workout. (Please no, zumba, step, or yoga videos)
STEP 3 - If your video is what we are looking for, we will invite you into the studio to take one of our classes
STEP 4 - You will provide a 10 min class to our staff

Pay: $25.00 - $55.00 per hour
