Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient office environment. This position requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Meeting Coordination:
- Assist in scheduling and setting up meetings, including booking conference rooms, preparing meeting materials, and arranging necessary equipment.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure all meeting details are communicated effectively.
- Office Support:
- Maintain and restock kitchen supplies, ensuring a tidy and well-stocked kitchen area.
- Order and shop for kitchen and office supplies as needed.
- Assist with basic office maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and efficient work environment.
- Visitor Management:
- Check-in visitors, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Maintain an accurate log of visitors and ensure they are directed to the appropriate personnel.
- Administrative Assistance:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
