Responsibilities:
-Execute reception responsibilities within the medical office by carrying out various tasks such as scheduling appointments, welcoming and checking in patients, handling patient check-out, answering phone calls, responding to emails, verifying insurance coverage, and processing payments.
-Carrying out administrative responsibilities including: managing phone calls, responding to emails, welcoming patients, maintaining patient records both on paper and in our EMR system, and overseeing the patient reception/waiting area. Ability to help medical assistant when needed.
