```Duties:``` - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children - Create engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development in various areas such as math, language, science, and physical education - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members - Conduct assessments to track the progress and development of each child - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment - Maintain a clean and organized classroom ```Qualifications:``` - Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred - Experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff members - Knowledge of early intervention strategies and techniques - Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation - Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all children Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
