We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support in a professional office setting, ensuring efficient office operations and exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Assist in transcribing and typing documents as needed
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and organizing paperwork
- Support real estate administrative tasks including managing listings and coordinating appointments
- Provide front desk coverage by greeting visitors and answering phone calls
- Assist with tasks related to dental receptionist duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling patient inquiries
- Support the office manager in various administrative tasks
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently
Skills:
- Experience in clerical or office assistant roles
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
