We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, that will assist with reviewing and approving customer portal log in requests. This position will be a 1 month project.
Pay Range: $20/hr
Responsibilities:
- Review and approve customer portal log in requests.
- Make outgoing calls to walk users through our customer portal log in steps.
- Use CRM technology (Dynamics) for record keeping and communication documentation
