Description
We are an Insurance Restoration company that specializes in rebuilds and emergency services. We work with major insurance companies to put homes and business back together after a storm for hail & wind damage, etc. We are in search of an estimator to help facilitate claims and to bring in new claims.
The estimator will be responsible for estimating/selling restoration, mitigation & reconstruction projects, performing site inspections, accurately documenting files with detailed notes, measurements, and photos; understanding projects using Xactimate; negotiating costs with insurance carriers and seeing the project from beginning to completion.
Responsibilities
- Meet with respective insurance company adjusters
- Respond to property damage emergency service calls when required
- Negotiate restoration services & insurance claims settlements
- Submit detailed estimates in a timely manner
- Must have attention to detail in order to provide an accurate & thorough estimate
- Establish & Maintain relationships with insurance adjusters and representatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience as an estimator in the restoration industry
- Possess strong restoration/reconstruction/construction background
- Strong communication skills, organization & planning. Must be a team player

Skills:
