Job Overview:
Reporting to the Toyotetsu North America HR Manager, this position will be responsible for supporting HR initiatives and projects throughout the Toyotetsu organization. This position’s emphasis is on providing excellent customer service to all TTNA personnel, Toyotetsu manufacturing plants and external vendors.
Position Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:
- Team Member Relations: support all Toyotetsu locations as needed for inquiries and issues.
- Recruitment and Staffing: collaborate with hiring managers to determine appropriate staffing needs; develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Performance Management: assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems; provide guidance and support to management on performance evaluation process and improvement plans; facilitate development programs to enhance team member skills as needed.
- Compliance and Policy Management: ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures; conduct audits to ensure HR processes and records are compliant with legal standards.
- Compensation and Benefits: assist in the administration of compensation, benefits, and wellness programs; conduct annual market analysis to ensure competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: maintain and analyze HR data & KPIs to provide insights and recommendations; analyze HR metrics at all Toyotetsu locations such as turnover, attendance, recruitment, retention, Team Member satisfaction and other HR reporting as needed.
- Training and Development: identify training needs and assist Organizational Development in creation/revision programs as needed; promote continuous learning and development opportunities.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: participate in the development and implementation of HR projects; contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
- Payroll: serve as back-up to Payroll Specialist
- Other duties as assigned by Assistant Manager/Manager of department.
Environment: open office setting, occasional travel to other locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
