TALENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (FEDERAL)
Bryn Neil is recruiting for a Talent Relationship Manager in Denver, CO. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a fast-growing team delivering high level technical solutions across multiple cleared government programs.
This is a unique and highly visible role representing the face of our company to many of the engineers in the market. You will report directly to the Sr VP of Programs / CTO and work closely with our Sr. Engineering Team Director to ensure we are well positioned to deliver on technical needs across multiple programs, provide guidance and mentorship to our engineers, and forge relationships with both existing and new engineers to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Communicating with and developing relationships with a wide range of engineers across the Denver metro and surrounding areas in order to build a talent ecosystem precisely tailored to our engineering needs
- Driving retention and ensuring Bryn Neil is considered an exceptional place to build a career
- Developing concepts for and hosting engineer outreach events designed to foster connections and create a space for networking in the cleared community, with secondary support to the event planning function
- Recruitment and screening of engineers for possible additions to our team
- Working with our Engineering Team to provide our clients with optimal engineering solutions
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years’ of full-time work experience.
- This is a unique role – we will consider many backgrounds, but we need core skills that include recruiting, people orientation & support, brand ambassadorship and events. This role should be one of career progression for motivated individuals who want to make an impact.
