We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President of Business Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our organization through strategic planning, market analysis, and customer relationship management.
Duties:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals
- Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and expanding the customer base
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive project management initiatives
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities, analyze data, and generate reports
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
Skills:
- Proven track record in sales and business development roles
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Proficiency in software applications related to business development and sales processes
- Strategic planning abilities to identify market trends and develop effective strategies
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong knowledge of customer relationship management principles
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is preferred

Pay: $104,223.84 - $125,516.89 per year
