We are looking for an experienced, professional, self-starting Administrative Assistant capable of supporting a Community Manager or team or Community Managers currently managing a Portfolio of Homeowners Associations in the Northern Virginia area.
Approachable personality and motivational skills a must along with well-developed, professional skills in customer service for communicating with Homeowners, Residents and Staff.
Interested applicants must have excellent customer service skills, be able to multi-task, be well organized, have a solid eye for detail, have intermediate to extensive computer skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, be able to adapt to a changing environment, and be able to work diligently as well as independently.
This position has a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
· Answering customer service phone calls
· Responding to emails daily
· Data entry
· Architectural approval and denial letters
· Filing
· Welcome Packages
· Clubhouse Rentals
