Job Description
- Provide ORMB Functional subject matter expertise on key business process decisions.
- Provide ORMB Functional Consulting: Requirement Elicitation & Documentation, FIT/GAP Analysis, Solution Design, Functional Specification Documentation, Application Configuration, Customizations, Quality Assurance/UAT, Training Content Preparation, End User Training.
- Conduct working sessions with users to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
- Contributing to the functional and technical design, prototyping, and process design stages of implementations including scenario design, process flow mapping and fit gap analysis.
- Document prescriptive business and functional requirements documents for handoff to development teams.
- Reviews configurations (UAT) to ensure solution design satisfies project objectives and business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between business subject matter experts and the technical team through the project lifecycle.
- Strong ORMB implementations knowledge – Can handle ORMB configurations. Clear understanding of Master entity setups, Transaction feed management, Rating, Adjustments, Billing, GL and Payment processes.
- Production support, SQL, ORMB data model understanding.
- Work with Development teams onshore and with Legacy systems team to design a robust and well- rounded Integration Solution and process integrations with up and downstream applications.
- Adapt in a large variety of elicitation, facilitation, and modeling techniques.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills and advanced active listening skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years ORMB or CC&B Implementation and configuration experience.
- Proven ORMB Functional Consulting experience: Requirement Elicitation & Documentation, FIT/GAP Analysis, Solution Design, Functional Specification Documentation, Application Configuration, Customizations, Quality Assurance/UAT, Training Content Preparation, End User Training.
- Understanding of ORMB modules and master entity setups; Revenue Management, Billing, Receivable Management, Settlement, delinquency, etc.
- Oracle Revenue Management & Billing (ORMB) Certification (or equivalent implementations / upgrades)
- Deep knowledge of ORMB modules (Customer Management, Billing, Delinquency, Settlement & Receivable Management, and Financial Controls). Experience in Implementation or Upgrade programs preferred.
- Business management consulting experience within the membership administration functional domains
- ORMB application configuration and build and unit testing of extensions (UI, Batch, Algorithms)
- ORMB implementation or production support experience – major plus.
- Agile/ Scrum experience: Sprint planning, backlog grooming, burn downs, retrospectives, JIRA / Confluence
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
LOGISTICS:
- Remote Work in Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones. Must be able to work in the Pacific time zone.
- COVID-19 Vaccine and Booster Required – OR provide valid medical exemption.
- Must be able to successfully pass a 12-panel drug screen, 10-year background check, employment verification.
