Designer Greetings, Inc. has an excellent record of growth over the past 40 years selling greeting cards, gift wrap, boxed notes, invitations and boxed Christmas cards.
We are currently looking for a Full Time Customer Service Phone Representative to join our team and work in our dynamic service center where professionalism and commitment to our team environment is highly valued. Representatives handle a large volume of inbound calls from our customers, merchandisers, and third parties. The Customer Service Representative will need to be on the phone with great communication skills and be able to assist pleasantly and thoroughly with orders and service-related inquiries. You may be asked to assist additional departments including reception with various duties as needed. Hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday.
The duties and responsibilities of a CSR include managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, generating sales leads that develop into new customers, and identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction
The ideal candidate would also have some experience in credits/collections.
Skills
· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to process orders quickly and efficiently.
· Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and written.
· Strong attention to details with good organization skills.
· Customer Service PHONE experience a must.
Requirements
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Customer Service environment.
· Pleasant, friendly and ability to speak clearly over phone.
· High School Diploma or GED. Some College coursework a plus.
· Computer literate. Basic to Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
