_ Who we are:_
AIM Hi is a small, independent, and locally owned ABA company. We offer individualized, applied behavior analytic services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, ages 2-10 years. We offer our kids an intensive learning experience in our specially designed center. We teach skills in the areas of communication, language, social, and adaptive—whatever they need to be successful!
We are looking for fun, energetic professionals who have a genuine interest in teaching kids. Individuals who are RBTs are preferred but we are willing to train the right person!
_ Job description _
A person who is a registered behavior technician (RBT) has completed 40-hours of instructional training in applied behavior analysis, completed a practical competency with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, and passed the RBT written exam produced by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
An RBT:
- Provides direct, one-on-one services to children with autism
- Apply behavior analytic techniques
- Accurately records data
- Creates interactive and fun ways to engage kids
- Follows individual protocols for teaching
- Responds appropriately to challenging behavior (as outlined in the child’s individualized protocol)
- Communicates effectively with supervisor
- Works as a member of a team
- Can apply feedback
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- CPR certification
- TB clearance
- Pass a background check
- Genuine interest in teaching children

- Experience with children
- Must be able to commit to one year
- Ability to sit on the floor, run, and play
