GENERAL PURPOSE
The Assistant General Manager is to oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, which includes leadership and management of staff, financial management to ensure budget adherence and profitability, maintaining high standards of customer service, marketing and promotion efforts, compliance with health and safety regulations, effective inventory management, fostering sales and revenue growth, staff development, problem-solving, and handling administrative tasks. The overarching goal is to ensure the restaurant's smooth operation, customer satisfaction, and overall success. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for people, and the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.

Management Development & Staffing
Actively seek out and develop promising individuals for the Notch Boss, Shift Lead, Host & Beertender positions.
Take the lead by inspiring, mentoring, and having your team's back to help them thrive and succeed.
Maintain and promote leadership ladder & bench strength. Actively encourage and assist team with completion of development courses in Juno Journey.
Conduct quarterly 1 on 1’s with team.
Location Revenue & Profitability
Drive location revenue with events, community involvement, daily preparedness, and hospitality.
Control costs to hit established budgets and problem solve issues.
Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Run successful beer program to maintain costs, proper inventory levels, and generate excitement around new product.
Run successful liquor program to maintain costs & proper inventory levels.
Brand Ambassador
