EasedEdge is seeking a full-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the frontline advocate for our Business Management Software, providing exceptional service via phone, email and live chat. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through prompt and effective resolutions.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquires via email, chat and phone in a professional and friendly manner, adhering to service level agreements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to EasedEdge, leveraging product knowledge and documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product features, updates, and best practices through continuous training
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM
- Provide product guidance and training to customers to maximize their adoption and usage
- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools
- Ability to work with wide array of people and clients
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Typing and computer proficiency a must

- Experience in the Stone Fabricator industry

Compensation:
- Range: $55k-$65k depending on experience
