Inspections to complete:
- Extinguishers

- Waste [universal and Hazardous] – weekly inspections + daily monitoring
Inspections to Monitor:
- Breathing Air tank
- Crane Inspections
- Forklift Inspections
- Hazardous/universal Waste
- Scissor Lift Inspections
Quarterly/Bi-Annual/Annual Inspections:
- Fire Extinguishers
- Backflow & Hydrants
- Breathing Air – biannual
- Industrial Hygiene testing
- Smoke Testing – quarterly
- LOTO Audit
- Rigging Inspections
- Annual hearing test
Safety Walks – weekly

Rigging repair/order
