Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations of the Property Management Company
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and customer interactions
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct property tours and show available units to prospective residents
- Assist with move-in/move-out processes
- Performs property inspections for vacant and occupied units
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
- Coordinate maintenance requests for vacant properties
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager, including filing, data entry, and correspondence
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
