You will be responsible for providing food and beverage services within the hospital working with management to ensure the exceptional service. To be successful in these roles the ideal candidate will enjoy the prospect of working in a fast-paced environment and ideally have experience in food service. Working as part of the Food Service team, you will provide the highest level of service in a customer focused environment as well as possess excellent interpersonal, and communication skills as well as enjoy building good working relationships.
Key Duties include; providing patient services with an emphasis on high quality, efficient service. Monitoring brand service standards, implementation, training of these and continuous evaluation. Compliance with food service regulations. Demonstrate knowledge of all food and beverage served in the café, coffee shop, and on the patient menu, understanding how various dishes are prepared and presented. Ensure the highest standards of service are given at all times by learning and fulling all roles within the operation. Other duties as requested by management.
