**Job Overview:**
Join our innovative team as a Business Development Representative at Unishippers. We are a leading company in shipping logisitics dedicated to providing comprehensive freight and parcel shipping solutions that saves small to mid-sized businesses time, trouble and money on all of their shipping needs. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering client relationships. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales and a drive for success.
**Duties:**
- Engage in warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads and promote our products/services effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategic business development initiatives.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to manage customer interactions, track accounts, and analyze sales data efficiently.
- Review and distribute marketing content to clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining client satisfaction.
- Assist in creating compelling sales proposals, presentations, and reports to support the sales process.
- Work towards achieving revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the sales team.
- Communicate seamlessly with internal teams to coordinate account activities and resolve any issues promptly.
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in sales or related fields, preferably in inside sales or technical sales roles.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools for effective account management.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in account management and business development is advantageous.
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus.
