Administrative Specialist
As part of our in-office Firm Administration team, you will serve as an integral part of our organization by demonstrating excellent administrative ability and technological skills in supporting the Pro-Fi 20/20 Dental CPA team.
The ideal candidate will be a versatile team player who can operate independently and collaboratively within the firm’s administrative team. You will assist in supporting the operational protocols that facilitate optimal staff performance, thereby enabling us to efficiently deliver services to our clients.
Responsibilities include managing the administrative aspects of the entire client lifecycle. This includes involvement in client onboarding, updating information and projects for scope changes, and handling off-boarding by closing projects, ensuring smooth client transitions, and archiving documentation properly.
This is a technical position, requiring the mastering of multiple platforms, including Microsoft products, email management, CCHAxcess, SalesForce, Zoom, CaseWare, and others.
Also, this is a client-facing position that will include daily interactions with our clients using multiple platforms, including phone, e-mail, and Zoom. You must have the ability to exude confidence and maintain professionalism when speaking to clients.

From $50k per year, hourly position with potential overtime.
What Makes You a Great Fit
A. Minimum of an Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
B. Proven administrative experience
C. A people person with a warm personality
D. Three or more years of client service, accounting, financial and/or SalesForce experience
E. CRM experience preferred
F. CPA / Accounting firm experience preferred
G. Time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities is vital
H. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and clients
I. Must be able to identify problems and offer workable solutions
J. Ability to work independently, but also collaboratively
K. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
L. Ability to perform focused work under periods of high pressure with tight timeframes
M. Due to exposure to sensitive information, a criminal background check is required
N. Healthy comfort level with technology and ability to learn technology quickly. We are a high-tech paperless firm and we only consider tech-savvy applicants.

Due to the nature of our business, we do experience periods of peak workload, typically from January 5 - April 15 and the first half of each month due to set deadlines. There could be occasional overtime during peak workload periods.
