We have begun to expand our offerings into new computer sales with value-added service. Geek Garage also offers home and office visits, remote support, data services, and refurbished devices. We are experiencing explosive growth in our retail category since initiating our new computer offerings, as well as growth in small business integrations and the break-fix category. To aid in our growth, we are looking to expand our team to include a new Junior Technician/Customer Service Representative who demonstrates a passion for technology combined with excellent communication skills.

- Experience fixing and repairing a wide range of computer hardware problems (either on your own or in a job), including data recovery, screen repairs, hard drive replacements, RAM installation, cooling systems, etc.
- Experience working with, installing, troubleshooting, and updating operating systems (either on your own or in a job)
- Ability or willingness to learn phone, tablet, and game console repair
- Ability or willingness to learn new skills and problem solve technical issues
- Ability to thoroughly document work
- Experience or willingness to learn server / network administration and integration
- Strong and flexible work ethic
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work proficiently on a team
- Ability to receive and adapt to constructive criticism and feedback
- Must have transportation and willingness to perform on-site visits (house and office calls)

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
