We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Sales to lead our sales effort at our nationally branded 250-guestroom hotel. The position is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our presence in the market. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, manage a team of sales professionals, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

* Proven experience in outside sales, business development, and sales leadership.
* Strong sales skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
* Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to meet their goals.
* Strong negotiation and account management skills.
* Proficiency with sales technology platforms.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
