Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday On Call, up to 40 hours. If requested for less than 40 hours, compensation for a full 40 hours is still guaranteed.
Salary: $25 per hour

Position Overview:
The primary role of the CCR is to provide direct support to clients in our Supported Living program when needed, all whom require different levels of care. This position serves as a “first-responder” for emergency shift coverage or shift vacancies for up to 40 hours per week. They are responsible for responding to and covering the first 40 hours they are called in for from the start of the work week.
Responsibilities may include:
- Personal Assistance: Ability to assist the individual with activities of daily living including bathing, toileting, and other self-help skills.
- Assistance with meal preparation, light housekeeping, participating in community outings, completing errands, and taking to medical appointments if necessary.
- Driving assistance using personal vehicle.
- Administering medication as needed.
- Collaborate with the care management team to ensure clients healthcare plan is followed.
- Document client progress and report any changes in their health or behavior.
Qualifications:
- Background check clearance
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience in a related field (recommended)
- Challenging Behaviors: Ability and willingness to support individuals with challenging behaviors.
- Ability to; read and interpret documents, write specific reports and correspondence, apply mathematical concepts to practical situations, apply conflict resolution skills, and interpret written and verbal instructions if required.
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Successful training in, and use of, First Aid/CPR and QBS Safety Care
If necessary, the agency will provide CPR certification and QBS Safety Care training.
