Associated Building Specialties is actively looking to hire a Project Manager, with experience within the Commercial Construction Industry Division 10 Specialties, in Central Florida. Our primary focus is large scale commercial construction including hospitality, multi family, theme park, and large venue projects.
Project Manager Position
The project manager must be able to balance multiple and competing priorities, move about construction sites safely, and perform professionally while under pressure.
Job Responsibilities
· Primary point of contact for the General Contractor on each project.
· Develop and maintain expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
· Monitor/Track Project Schedules
· Evaluate Project Performances
· Provide direction and instruction to all employees working in the field and the Assistant Project Manager.
· Resolve issues that emerge in the preconstruction and construction processes.
· Attend preconstruction and construction progress meetings.
· Collaborate with Assistant Project Manager on ordering project materials and requesting vendor quotes as needed.

Education, Skills, Abilities
· Experience in Division 10 construction project management required.
· MUST be able to read Drawings/Blueprints.
· Ability to think holistically, to see the “big picture” and plan accordingly.
· Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
· Proficiency in Blue Beam preferred.
· Must be organized, a good communicator in person, on the phone, and through email.
· 10hour OSHA preferred.
· Experience with Procore preferred.
· Drivers License with reliable transportation required.
Detailed knowledge and experience with Shower Glass Installation as well as with ADA Compliance in a commercial setting is a plus**
