Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide clinical counseling and therapy services to individuals, families, and groups in need of mental health support.
Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Provide crisis intervention and management when necessary
- Utilize behavioral therapy techniques to address mental health concerns
- Implement motivational interviewing strategies to encourage positive change
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress
- Offer clinical counseling sessions to address emotional and psychological issues
- Apply applied behavior analysis principles in therapeutic interventions
- Work with pediatric clients to address developmental and behavioral challenges
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- State licensure as a Mental Health Therapist
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Proficiency in crisis management and intervention techniques
- Knowledge of coding and documentation practices in a clinical setting
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Familiarity with pediatric mental health issues
- Ability to conduct clinical assessments for children and adults
