Brand Manager Job Description
Initiative:
Revstep is looking for a creative and experienced Amazon Brand Manager to join our team in helping client Brands grow through E-commerce marketplaces. This crucial team member will optimize Amazon & other various e-commerce platform searches and conversion. They will manage client relationships, represent Revstep, and work to guarantee effective communication and implementation of client objectives.
In many ways you will become the Hero for many brands. They will come to you for guidance and professional advice on how to own their presence on Amazon and other major e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications:
- 2 Years of Amazon Seller or Vendor Central experience
- Experience articulating strategic plans on virtual calls with clients
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM with relation to managing an Amazon Account
- Ability to conduct a competitive analysis and market research
- Basic data analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Openness to cooperate and accept added responsibilities
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, working in a collaborative environment, hardworking, and results driven
Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for full-service clients
- Managing all back-end tasks within Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms
- Troubleshooting technical listing issues
- Create, manage, and optimize Amazon listings. Responsible for accuracy and optimization of products and brand information
- Help with inventory flow and forecast
- Coordinate new product launches and collaborate with marketing team
- Monitor and implement new strategies to improve conversion on key products
- Adapt to Amazon’s ever-changing marketing tools and advise clients accordingly
- Manage and supervise PPC campaigns with our PPC manager
- Strong desire to ensure customer satisfaction.
Position Benefits & Details
Position is as a full-time contractor (W-2 at times) and offers flexible work locations at-home or in-office. Dedication to your account takes priority over the quantity of hours. We are flexible also to the structure, but normally is a contracted position that includes a base rate plus commission on account performance.
Base: Varies Depending on Experience
Commission: Account performance includes a 5% monthly commission on top of base salary
