Your role as a Pest Control Technician will include:
- Delivering impeccable customer service and resolving any customer complaints promptly and professionally.
- Efficiently managing and executing strategic operating plans.
- Coordinating routes to maximize productivity.
- Undertaking occasional travel to our other branches.
- Fostering a positive and effective company culture through open communication.
- Overseeing the maintenance of our fleet, equipment, and inventory.
- Carrying out any other duties as required.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have a strong background in Pest Control, Termite, and/or Wildlife control.
- Display excellent leadership abilities, with experience in training, coaching, and motivating a team.
- Possess high levels of verbal and written communication skills, as well as impressive presentation abilities.
- Be capable of collaborating with all departments and employees within the organization.
- Hold a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Show prowess in creative problem-solving and organizational and time management skills.
- Possess business process analysis skills, with the ability to recommend improvement strategies.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
- Be able to occasionally lift up to 50lbs and safely work on ladders.
- Be open to occasional travel and participation in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends.
- Obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations.
- Pass pre-employment background screening and drug tests.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and pass a motor vehicle record search.
