Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide behavior-analytic services
- Provide supervision to BTs/RBTs
- Conduct regular parent training sessions
- Conduct assessments and reassessments
- Conduct treatment planning sessions
- Coordinate care wtih primary care physicians & other professionals
- Manage own schedule and caseload
Community Outreach Director duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Evaluate potential markets and establish growth plans for existing, new, and potential regions.
- Educate referral partners, funders and parents on the Company’s mission and service offerings in order to establish the Company as an industry leader.
- Educating families about the services we provide.
- Develop and build relationships with referral sources to foster successful partnerships that will generate referrals.
- Create and maintain community relationships in support of growth plan.
- Develop and execute a marketing plan which includes but is not limited to targeting accounts, running digital marketing campaigns, planning community outreach events, and completing on the ground connections.
- Work collaboratively with digital marketing team to develop campaigns across the web, social media, email, and text which will optimize referral funnels.
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and perform market research to identify new opportunities in underserved communities.
- Operate as a business partner and collaborates with multidisciplinary departments to have a clear understanding of day-to-day operations of the Company’s Services that through collaboration the vision and mission of the Company is accomplished.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline, utilizing CRM and track progress of pipeline and provide a weekly report on progress.
- Track number of referrals by referral source and work collaboratively with Admission’s Department to understand conversion rates.
- Attend conference and professional association meetings as required.
- Participate in all required internal meetings.
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) per state requirements (if applicable)
- Completion of BCBA supervision training
- 1+ years’ experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- To complete the physical demands of the job (frequent sitting and standing, sitting on and getting up from the floor, kneeling, bending, and running with children) you must be able to: Stand and move for at least 75% of the day; lift, push, pull up to 40 pounds
