Position: Farm Hand/Equipment Operator
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various types of farm spray equipment and self-propelled sprayers.
- Mix and prepare chemical solutions (pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, fertilizers) according to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Accurately apply chemical treatments to crops, ensuring coverage is uniform and effective, while minimizing waste and environmental impact.
- Conduct pre-application checks, including equipment calibration, weather condition assessment, and area inspection.
- Monitor sprayer performance during operations, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal application and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on spray equipment to prevent downtime and ensure reliability.

Are You Qualified?
- Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be willing and able to maintain a Class A CDL and appropriate endorsements (with our assistance).
- Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $57,500.00 - $67,500.00 per year
