Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining files.
- Use Microsoft Excel to organize data and generate reports.
- Assist in the organization and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist with project management tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate compassion and respect in all interactions with patients as well as staff.
