Position Responsibilities

Conduct salary surveys to ensure the organization's pay structure is competitive.

Analyze job descriptions, classifications, and organizational structures to ensure internal equity.

Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark positions and recommend competitive salary structures.

Perform job evaluations to determine appropriate salary grades.

Develop and maintain compensation policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Ensure compensation practices comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

Regularly review and update compensation policies to reflect organizational and market changes.

Manage the annual salary review process, including merit increases and Short-term incentive distributions.

Analyze and interpret salary survey data to guide compensation decisions.

Prepare and present reports on compensation metrics and trends to senior leadership.

Conduct internal audits and prepare documentation for external audits.

Provide guidance to managers and employees on compensation-related matters.

Provide training and support to HR and management on compensation policies and practices.

Work closely with HR, finance, and other departments to integrate compensation practices with overall business strategies.

Collaborate on various HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Here’s What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification (e.g., CCP) preferred.

Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in compensation analysis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in HRIS and compensation analysis software, preferably Workday.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
