Position: General Farm Laborer / Truck Driver
Typical Career Responsibilities:
- Skilled in the precise application of fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and other agricultural inputs.
- Operates specialized equipment such as sprayers, spreaders, and applicators.
- Knowledgeable about different types of crops, soil conditions, and weather patterns to optimize application timing and effectiveness.
- Collaborates with farmers to develop customized application plans tailored to their specific needs and goals.
- Maintains equipment, troubleshoots technical issues, and performs routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Keeps detailed records of application activities, including types and quantities of inputs applied, areas treated, and any observations or recommendations.
- Adheres to safety protocols and regulations.

Are You Qualified?
- Able to work overtime and occasional weekends.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be willing and able to maintain a Class A CDL and appropriate endorsements (with our assistance).
- Must be willing to submit to a DOT drug test and background.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
