Job Description:
As a Women's Strength and Conditioning Personal Trainer at Embody Fitness, you will play a pivotal role in helping women improve their strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-on-one or small group training sessions, tailored specifically to meet the unique needs and goals of our female clients.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' fitness levels, goals, and any specific needs or limitations.
-Create customized strength and conditioning workout programs that align with clients' goals, ensuring variety and progression.
-Provide hands-on instruction and motivation during training sessions to ensure proper form, technique, and safety.
-Educate clients about the benefits of strength training, cardiovascular fitness, and proper nutrition.
-Monitor clients' progress, track their achievements, and make necessary adjustments to their fitness plans.
-Offer guidance and support to clients in achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends, research, and industry best practices.
-Assist in marketing efforts, including participating in promotional events and contributing content related to women's fitness.
-Maintain a clean and safe training environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
-Provide exceptional customer service and build strong, lasting relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
Certified Personal Trainer with a specialization in women's strength and conditioning.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and fitness principles.
Experience working with female clients of various fitness levels and age groups.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathetic and supportive approach to coaching and mentoring clients.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals.
Professional and reliable work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
Personal Training Certification
Previous experience in a similar role in a fitness facility.
Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus opportunities for performance-based bonuses and incentives.
